I really wanted to get into emlibrary.com, but for me personally, the pricing felt a little hard to justify. Some of the designs are nice, but once I started adding things up, it felt like the total climbed quickly, especially since I only needed a few items.
I can see how it might make more sense for someone who buys designs regularly, but as more of a casual user, I didn’t feel like I was getting the best value. I kept comparing prices and felt like I could probably find similar options for less somewhere else.

I used emblibrary for a few project instructions and tutorials, and overall they were helpful. Most of the steps were easy enough to follow, and the pictures definitely made things clearer. That said, some parts felt a little outdated or like they skipped over small details, so I ended up having to figure things out on my own. I also didn’t love that there wasn’t much human contact or real support when I got stuck, it felt like I was just left with the tutorial and no one to ask. Still useful if you already know the basics, but I wouldn’t say it’s always beginner-friendly

The designs look kind of rough. The art feels messy, and I had to put in more effort than expected just to make anything look decent. For what it is, it really doesn’t feel worth the hassle.

I’ve bought quite a few designs from here, i wasn’t totally sure at first, but they’ve all stitched out really clean for me. I haven’t had issues with weird gaps or thread messes, which has saved me a lot of time

I had a minor issue with my order, which was a bit annoying, but support did get back to me quickly. They explained everything in a simple way and fixed it without dragging the whole thing out, so I appreciated that

I appreciated that the licensing info was easy to find and written in a way that actually made sense. It only took me a few minutes to understand what I could and couldn’t use the designs for, which was really helpful. That said, I still would’ve liked a couple more examples for specific use cases, just to feel totally sure. Overall, straightforward and better than most sites I’ve used.

I use Embroidery Library fairly often, usually when I’m in the middle of a project and suddenly decide I need one more design, because apparently I enjoy making things take longer than planned. Overall, the site is easy enough to get around, and I’ve never had trouble with downloads. Pages load fine for me too, which is nice because my patience for slow websites is about the same as my patience for untangling thread knots. The only thing that bugs me a little is the search. It works, but sometimes I have to try a few different words before I find something I’m sure is there. Not a huge deal, just a little extra clicking around. Still, I like the site and keep coming back.

I signed into my account and the downloads worked, worked just fine after that. Getting access to the account was easy enough, nothing too complicated.

I was a little nervous the designs wouldn’t work with my machine, because that’s always the thing, right? But all the file formats were included, and the download was super easy. My PES file opened without any issues, so I didn’t have to mess around converting anything, which was a relief.

I mostly use emblibrary when they’re running discounts. The promos can be solid, but sometimes it’s not totally clear with the dates or rules, so I have to double-check before buying. With a coupon, the prices feel fair enough, but without one, it’s usually not as tempting.

I liked them overall, but the sizing options felt a little limited. I just wish there were a few more hoop sizes to choose from...

I purchased a design pack with the word "lace" in it. Upon stitching out the supposed "lace" designs one of them fell apart. There was no connecting parts on this particular design to hold it together and the others were dense enough to stay together luckily after dissolving the stabilizer making it not a total loss. After looking up this design on their website to see if it was something I might have done wrong I found that they changed the name of this particular design pack and that was probably because they received many complaints for the same issue I am describing. So I contacted the company to ask about said designs and come to find out they were meant to be stitched on fabric and not a true lace design. In fact "Sammi" stated that the designs were meant to look like lace but were not actually lace designs. Their lace designs would have the word "lace" in them. I was confused as when I purchased them it did contain the word "lace" in the title. Long story short they completely blew me off and would not offer a discount or any sort of compensation for a long time customer and an issue they had. I won't waste my money or time here anymore and will be taking all the referrals I sent to them over the years with me. We are a large group of ladies who believe in supporting companies that take care of their customers when issues arise and not blow them off when a problem happens. Meredith the second person who replied to me was just as useless with customer service as well. For your information the design pack I purchased was called A lot Like Lace Snowflakes Design Pack, it's now called Light and Lovely Snowflakes. These designs were not the only ones I had problems with over the years and when brought to their attention there response was it's not the design it must be your machine....Really?? There are so many other places to buy QUALITY designs. Buyers beware of this place.
